The module aims to explain the business case of sustainable management. Upon the completion of the module the learner will understand and recognise business management challenges linked to sustainability; apply relevant management solutions to sustainability challenges; and recognise the value of a sustainable business strategy for business management. Moreover, the module will present the key steps for the development of a sustainability strategy.
